At Lush Hair, we want you to love your locks, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, hair extensions and accessories cannot be returned once the security seal is broken.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
